SCB-1019T is Clover Biopharmaceuticals' investigational bivalent recombinant protein-subunit vaccine intended to prevent respiratory syncytial virus infection. It contains prefusion-stabilized respiratory syncytial virus fusion glycoprotein antigens representing RSV-A and RSV-B, produced as Trimer-Tag-fused recombinant F-trimer proteins in CHO cells. The vaccine is designed to induce neutralizing antibody responses against both RSV antigenic groups; it has been evaluated in Phase 1 studies in healthy adults, including revaccination of older adults previously vaccinated with AREXVY.
