Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**SCB-1033** is Clover Biopharmaceuticals' investigational fixed-dose recombinant protein subunit vaccine designed to prevent respiratory disease caused by respiratory syncytial virus, human metapneumovirus, and human parainfluenza virus type 3. The vaccine uses prefusion-stabilized fusion-protein trimer antigens produced with Clover's Trimer-Tag platform to induce protective neutralizing immune responses against the three respiratory viruses. It is being evaluated in older adults and is in Phase 2 clinical development. ([cloverbiopharma.com](https://www.cloverbiopharma.com/science%26technology/ourpipeline.html))
