Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SCLife-UT is an advanced therapy medicinal product (ATMP) consisting of human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSCs) combined with a collagen scaffold carrier. Developed by Sclnow Biotechnology Co., Ltd., it is specifically designed for the treatment of thin endometrial infertility. The therapy is administered via intrauterine injection, where the collagen acts as a scaffold to support the MSCs. The mechanism involves the MSCs promoting endometrial regeneration, increasing endometrial thickness, and reducing intrauterine adhesions, thereby improving the clinical pregnancy rate and overall pregnancy outcomes in women with an endometrium thickness of ≤7mm.
