Overview

SCO-940 (also known as CT-G32) is a first-in-class quadruple agonist being developed by Scohia Pharma in collaboration with Celltrion for the treatment of obesity and metabolic diseases. Positioned as a next-generation therapy, it aims to provide superior appetite suppression and weight loss compared to existing dual- or triple-agonist treatments. Scohia Pharma is responsible for discovery and preclinical research, while Celltrion handles clinical development, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and commercialization. The program is currently in the preclinical stage, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) application targeted for the first half of 2027.
