Overview

SCP0601 is a preclinical-stage small molecule dual inhibitor of AXL (Tyrosine-protein kinase receptor UFO) and c-Met (Hepatocyte growth factor receptor), developed by Shanghai Scienpharm and its subsidiary Fujian Boyue Pharmaceutical Technology. Both AXL and c-Met are receptor tyrosine kinases that are frequently overexpressed or mutated in various cancers, contributing to tumor cell proliferation, survival, metastasis, and resistance to targeted therapies. By simultaneously targeting both pathways, SCP0601 aims to overcome resistance mechanisms and provide a more effective therapeutic option for patients with solid tumors.
