SCRI-CARB7H3 (s)x19 is an investigational **autologous dual-target CAR-T cell therapy** developed by Seattle Children's for relapsed or refractory pediatric and young-adult solid tumors. The product consists of autologous CD4-positive and CD8-positive T cells genetically modified with lentiviral vectors to express CARs directed against **B7-H3** and **CD19**. B7-H3 recognition is intended to drive cytotoxicity against B7-H3-expressing solid tumors, while CD19 recognition of normal B cells is intended to support CAR-T-cell expansion and persistence. The engineered cells include tracking and conditional elimination elements, including EGFRt and HER2tG-associated constructs, and have been evaluated in a Phase 1 study in recurrent or refractory non-central nervous system solid tumors.
