SCT-001 CAR-T cells is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy being developed for the treatment of recurrent and refractory epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, and peritoneal cancer. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical development, with a trial scheduled to begin in June 2025 to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy. The therapy will be administered through both intraperitoneal and intravenous routes.
