SCT200 is a recombinant, fully humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). Developed by Sinocelltech, it functions as an EGFR antagonist and is designed to inhibit tumor cell proliferation by blocking EGFR-mediated signaling pathways. SCT200 demonstrates both antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC), enhancing immune-mediated tumor cell killing.
