**SCT400 + cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + vincristine + prednisone** is a combination chemotherapy regimen used for the treatment of CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), particularly diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). SCT400 (also known as ripertamab) is a recombinant chimeric anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody engineered to have enhanced compatibility in the Chinese population and is used as an alternative to rituximab. Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent that interferes with DNA replication; doxorubicin is an anthracycline antibiotic that intercalates DNA and inhibits topoisomerase II; vincristine is a vinca alkaloid that disrupts microtubule formation; prednisone is a synthetic glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory and lympholytic effects. This combination (SCT400-CHOP, or S-CHOP) is used as a first-line regimen and has demonstrated non-inferior efficacy and safety compared to rituximab-CHOP (R-CHOP) in clinical studies in China. SCT400 specifically targets CD20 on B-cells, leading to cell lysis mainly through complement-dependent and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity.
