SCTC21C is a monoclonal antibody injection that targets CD38, a transmembrane glycoprotein highly expressed on the surface of malignant hematopoietic cells, including plasma cells, NK cells, B cells, T cells, and granulocytes. By binding to CD38 on CD38-positive tumor or immune cells, SCTC21C enhances the killing effect against these target cells. The Fc segment of the antibody has been modified to improve its antitumor activity. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of CD38+ hematologic malignancies (such as multiple myeloma and other blood cancers) and plasma cell-driven autoimmune diseases (including IgA nephropathy). Preclinical studies have shown favorable pharmacokinetic and safety profiles. Clinical trials are ongoing to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), and efficacy in both oncology and immunology indications[1][2][3][5][7][9][10].
