Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ScTIL-v2 is a modified tumour-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy developed as an immunologic cytotoxicity and T lymphocyte replacement drug. It is designed to enhance the anti-tumor immune response by isolating, expanding, and re-infusing autologous T cells that have infiltrated a patient's tumor. These modified TILs are intended to recognize and attack cancer cells more effectively than unmodified counterparts. The therapy represents an advanced form of cell-based immunotherapy for cancer treatment[2].
