SCTV01E-2 is a tetravalent recombinant protein-based COVID-19 vaccine designed to provide broad protection against multiple SARS-CoV-2 variants. It contains the trimeric spike extracellular domain (S-ECD) proteins from four different SARS-CoV-2 variants, formulated with a squalene-based oil-in-water adjuvant.
