Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SDT-T001 is an autologous memory lymphocyte injection developed by Nuowei Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. It is a cell therapy designed as an adjuvant treatment for patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who are at high risk of recurrence following curative surgery. The therapy involves the ex vivo expansion and subsequent re-infusion of the patient's own memory T cells. These cells are intended to provide long-lasting immune surveillance and targeted elimination of residual micrometastatic cancer cells, thereby reducing the likelihood of post-surgical relapse. SDT-T001 is currently being evaluated in a multicenter, randomized, open-label Phase 2 clinical trial in China.
