Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SDV2103 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Syndivia SAS, utilizing the company's proprietary GeminiMab™ technology for site-specific conjugation in the hinge region of native monoclonal antibodies. This best-in-class GeminiMab DAR2 Integratecan ADC targets Trop-2 (tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2), a cell surface antigen overexpressed in various epithelial cancers. The mechanism of action involves selective binding to Trop-2 on tumor cells, followed by internalization and release of a cytotoxic payload, leading to targeted cancer cell death while minimizing off-target toxicity. SDV2103 is being developed primarily for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer and has also been referenced as a candidate for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). As of early 2025, its highest development status is preclinical, with first-in-human trials anticipated in 2026[1][2][4].
