Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Seek Labs is utilizing its BioSeeker™ Discovery Engine and PTAP™ (Programmable Therapeutic Anti-viral Platform) to develop CRISPR-based therapeutics targeting hemorrhagic fever viruses, such as Ebola and Marburg viruses. The BioSeeker™ platform employs AI and computational disease mapping to identify conserved genomic or molecular targets within these viruses. These targets are then used to design programmable CRISPR-based interventions intended to disrupt viral replication. The program is currently in the discovery and preclinical stages of development, focusing on rapid therapeutic design for emerging viral threats.
