Overview

**Selicrelumab + vanucizumab** is a combination therapy for cancer comprising two monoclonal antibodies. **Selicrelumab** is a fully human IgG2 monoclonal antibody that acts as a CD40 agonist, stimulating antigen-presenting cells (APCs) and enhancing T cell-mediated anti-tumor immune responses without interfering with CD40L binding. **Vanucizumab** is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets both angiopoietin-2 (ANG2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. This combination has been evaluated in phase 1 clinical studies for metastatic solid tumors, where selicrelumab is administered subcutaneously and vanucizumab intravenously. The combination has demonstrated early clinical activity and a favorable safety profile, with no major systemic autoimmune toxicity reported. Both agents were developed by Roche[1][2][3][4][6].
