Selumetinib + dacarbazine is an investigational **combination therapy** for cancer, studied primarily in **metastatic uveal melanoma**. Selumetinib is a potent, selective small-molecule inhibitor of MEK1/2 kinases (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 1/2), thus blocking the MAPK/ERK pathway, which is often activated in certain tumor types.
