Overview

SENL-103 is an autologous CAR-T cell therapy targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), developed for the treatment of recurrent or refractory plasma cell blood tumors such as multiple myeloma. The therapy involves collecting a patient's own T cells, engineering them to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specific for BCMA, and reinfusing them to induce immunologic cytotoxicity against malignant plasma cells. SENL-103 is being developed by Hebei Senlangbio Biotechnology and is currently in early phase 1 clinical trials in China. Its primary indications include multiple myeloma and other plasma cell neoplasms.
