Overview

SENL-B19 is an autologous, gene-engineered chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting CD19, a surface antigen expressed on B cells. Developed using a lentiviral vector to introduce the CAR gene into patient-derived T cells, it is designed to recognize and eliminate malignant B cells through direct cytotoxicity and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). The product is administered via infusion and aims to treat hematological malignancies such as B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), leukemia, lymphoma, and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The developer is Hebei Senlang Biotechnology.
