Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**SenL_19** is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Hebei Senlang Biotechnology for relapsed/refractory B-cell malignancies. It consists of patient-derived T cells genetically engineered using a lentiviral vector to express a CAR targeting **CD19**, a surface antigen on B cells, enabling specific recognition and lysis of malignant B cells. Administered via intravenous infusion following lymphodepleting chemotherapy (e.g., fludarabine), it is primarily indicated for **B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL)** and under evaluation for **lymphoma** and **non-Hodgkin lymphoma**.
