SENL_1904B is an autologous, humanized chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting the CD19 antigen, developed by Hebei Senlang Biotechnology. It is primarily investigated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia (r/r B-ALL). The therapy utilizes a humanized single-chain variable fragment (scFv) to recognize CD19, which is intended to reduce the risk of anti-mouse antibody responses and improve the persistence of the CAR-T cells in the patient's body compared to traditional murine-derived CAR-T therapies. In clinical studies, SENL_1904B has been compared directly with Senl_1904A (a murine-based version) to evaluate differences in safety, expansion, and long-term efficacy.
