Overview

Senl_B19 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Hebei Senlang Biotechnology. The therapy involves genetically engineering a patient's own T cells to express a CAR that specifically targets the CD19 antigen, a protein widely expressed on the surface of B-cell malignancies. Once re-infused into the patient, these engineered cells recognize and eliminate CD19-positive leukemia cells. Senl_B19 is currently being evaluated in the SENCALL Phase II clinical trial in China, focusing on pediatric and young adult patients with relapsed or refractory CD19-positive B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL).
