Senl_B19 autologous T cells injection (also known as S1904 or SENL-B19) is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Hebei Senlang Biotechnology. It is designed to target CD19-positive B-cell malignancies, primarily relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (r/r B-ALL). The therapy utilizes an MND promoter upstream of the CAR gene, which results in lower surface CAR molecule density but achieves high transduction rates and robust antitumor efficacy with reduced cytokine secretion, thereby lowering the risk of severe cytokine release syndrome (CRS). It is currently in Phase 2 clinical development in China.
