Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SenoMune-0257 is an AI-designed synthetic nine-amino-acid peptide immunotherapy developed by Immorta Bio. It is designed to restore the immune system's natural ability to recognize and eliminate senescent cells ('zombie cells') by stimulating cytotoxic T cells to selectively target and destroy them while sparing healthy cells. Developed using artificial intelligence and building on Immorta Bio's earlier SenoVax research platform, SenoMune-0257 is intended to treat diseases associated with cellular senescence and aging, including cancer and accelerated aging conditions. As of October 2026, the candidate has completed planned preclinical studies and is preparing to enter clinical development, with initial human evaluation anticipated before the end of 2026.
