Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SENTI-101 is an investigational **allogeneic cell-based immunotherapy** from Senti Biosciences designed for ovarian cancer and other solid tumors involving the peritoneal cavity, particularly peritoneal carcinomatosis. The product consists of allogeneic bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal cells genetically modified with lentiviral vectors to locally and durably secrete **interleukin-12** and **interleukin-21** after **intraperitoneal** administration. By homing to peritoneal tumor deposits and delivering these cytokines within the tumor microenvironment, SENTI-101 is intended to convert immunologically cold tumors into inflamed tumors and stimulate multifactorial anti-tumor immune responses that support durable tumor control.
