Lufenuron is an insect development inhibitor (specifically, a benzoylurea derivative) that interferes with flea egg development, preventing flea infestations. Praziquantel is an anticestodal agent used to treat tapeworm infections (including Echinococcus, Taenia, and Dipylidium species).
