SentoClone

SentoClone is a personalized cancer immunotherapy based on the extraction and ex vivo expansion of autologous CD4+ T-helper cells from the sentinel (tumor-draining) lymph node of cancer patients. These T-cells are highly specific for the patient’s individual tumor antigens. After being stimulated with growth factors and re-activated with tumor antigen in vitro, they are infused back into the patient to induce a targeted immune response against tumor tissue while sparing healthy tissue. The therapy aims to generate both immediate anti-tumor effects and long-term immunologic memory through immunosurveillance. Clinical studies have shown promising safety and efficacy in advanced malignant melanoma, with over 200 patients treated across various cancers without significant side effects reported[2][5][6][8].
