SER120 is a very low-dose desmopressin nasal spray formulation developed for the treatment of nocturia (waking at night to void). It works by reducing urine production during sleep. In Phase 3 clinical trials, SER120 demonstrated significant efficacy in reducing nocturic episodes in patients with various underlying etiologies including nocturnal polyuria, overactive bladder, and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
