Serapinn Forte

Serapinn Forte is a high-potency dietary supplement developed by INNventa Pharm that contains serrapeptase (serratiopeptidase) as its active ingredient. Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme originally derived from the non-pathogenic enterobacterium *Serratia* E-15. The product is formulated with 60 mg of the enzyme, providing a total activity of 120,000 SPU (Serrapeptase Units) per capsule, which is double the concentration of the standard Serapinn product. Serrapeptase exerts anti-inflammatory, antiedematous, mucolytic, and fibrinolytic effects by degrading biological substrates such as fibrin, mucus, and inflammatory mediators like bradykinin. It is indicated for the management of acute inflammatory conditions across various medical fields, including postoperative swelling, sinusitis, bronchitis, and musculoskeletal disorders. To ensure optimal delivery and protect the enzyme from gastric acid, the product is encapsulated in acid-resistant DRcaps for intestinal absorption.
