Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Hetronifly + HLX04 + pemetrexed + carboplatin is a combination regimen consisting of four agents: serplulimab (Hetronifly), an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody; HLX04, a bevacizumab biosimilar targeting VEGF-A; pemetrexed, a small-molecule antifolate chemotherapy; and carboplatin, a small-molecule platinum-based chemotherapy. Developed by Shanghai Henlius Biotech, this combination was evaluated in the Phase III ASTRUM-002 trial (HLX10-002-NSCLC301) as a first-line treatment for patients with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (nsqNSCLC). While the addition of serplulimab to chemotherapy significantly improved progression-free survival and overall survival compared to chemotherapy alone, the further addition of HLX04 did not provide a statistically significant survival benefit in patients without EGFR or ALK/ROS1 alterations.
