This is a combination regimen consisting of serplulimab, FOLFIRI, and bevacizumab. Serplulimab is a fully human anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody that enhances T cell-mediated immune responses against tumors by blocking the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands, thereby promoting sustained T cell activation[1][2][3]. FOLFIRI is a chemotherapy regimen composed of folinic acid (leucovorin), fluorouracil (5-FU), and irinotecan; it works by disrupting DNA synthesis and replication in rapidly dividing cancer cells[6][9]. Bevacizumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), inhibiting angiogenesis required for tumor growth[7][10]. This combination leverages immunotherapy with cytotoxic chemotherapy and anti-angiogenic therapy to enhance antitumor efficacy. It has been primarily investigated in advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer, but may also be explored in other solid tumors.
