serplulimab + nab-paclitaxel + cisplatin

This is a combination therapy consisting of serplulimab (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody), nab-paclitaxel (a taxane chemotherapy agent), and cisplatin (a platinum-based chemotherapy agent). Serplulimab works by binding to the PD-1 receptor with high affinity, blocking the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands, thereby preventing T cell inhibition and enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. Serplulimab has shown distinctive mechanisms compared to other PD-1 inhibitors, including robust induction of PD-1 receptor endocytosis and weaker PD-1-CD28 cis interactions, which may reduce CD28 dephosphorylation by SHP2 and facilitate sustained T cell activation. When combined with other agents, serplulimab effectively reduces regulatory T cell populations in the tumor microenvironment while augmenting effector and memory T cell populations.
