Seventy-flavor Turquoise Pills (Qishiweisongshi Wan) is a traditional Tibetan medicine developed and marketed by Qinghai Jiumei Tibetan Medicine. It is a complex multi-ingredient oral formulation composed of seventy different ingredients, including various herbs and minerals. The medicine is primarily indicated for the treatment of liver and gallbladder disorders, such as early liver cirrhosis, ascites, fatty liver, acute and chronic hepatitis, and cholecystitis. Pharmacologically, it is described as functioning to clear heat, detoxify, soothe the liver, benefit the gallbladder, and resolve blood stasis. It is specifically designed to address symptoms related to liver qi stagnation and damp-heat blood stasis, including chest and rib distension, vomiting, hiccups, and loss of appetite.
