SG2918

SG2918 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed for the treatment of advanced malignant tumors. It consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 4 (LILRB4), conjugated to the cytotoxic agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) via a cleavable linker. Upon binding to LILRB4 on tumor cells, the ADC is internalized, and MMAE is released intracellularly. MMAE then binds to tubulin and inhibits its polymerization, resulting in G2/M phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis of cancer cells[1][6]. Preclinical studies indicate that SG2918 has significant anti-tumor activity both as monotherapy and in combination with anti-PD-1 antibodies[6]. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials for patients with advanced solid tumors who are refractory or resistant to standard therapies[2][5][7].
