SGN-35T

SGN-35T is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) designed to target CD30-expressing cancer cells. It consists of an anti-CD30 monoclonal antibody conjugated to the cytotoxic agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) via a novel protease-cleavable tripeptide linker, with a drug-to-antibody ratio of approximately four. The mechanism of action involves binding to CD30 on tumor cells, internalization, and intracellular release of MMAE, which disrupts microtubule function and induces cell death. SGN-35T is being developed primarily for the treatment of relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma and various types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma[1][4][5].
