SGN-624 is a topical nanolotion developed by SGN Nanopharma for the management of pain, specifically targeting both inflammatory and neuropathic components. It is a transdermal fixed-dose combination (FDC) consisting of two active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) formulated using a proprietary nanolotion technology designed to enhance skin penetration and local efficacy. The product is primarily indicated for post-surgical recovery following knee and hip replacement surgeries. SGN-624 has completed a 48-patient human proof-of-concept study and has received FDA guidance to proceed into Phase 3 clinical trials.
