SGN-CD30C is an investigational **antibody-drug conjugate** developed by Seattle Genetics for **CD30-positive malignancies**, particularly relapsed or refractory lymphomas. It consists of an anti-CD30 monoclonal antibody linked to a **camptothecin-derived topoisomerase I inhibitor payload**, giving it a differentiated mechanism from brentuximab vedotin despite sharing the same CD30 tumor target. Preclinical studies described potent antitumor activity, including activity in brentuximab vedotin-resistant lymphoma models, and suggested a potentially wider therapeutic window with **anemia from bone marrow suppression of erythropoiesis** as a key observed toxicity rather than prominent peripheral neuropathy.
