SH010

SH010 is a novel bispecific antibody that targets both cytotoxic T-lymphocyte–associated antigen-4 (CTLA-4) and programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). It functions by simultaneously inhibiting CTLA-4 and PD-1 pathways, blocking the interaction of PD-1 with PD-L1 and CTLA-4 with CD80/CD86, thereby promoting T lymphocyte activation and inducing antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity. Preclinical studies show that SH010 binds effectively to both human and cynomolgus monkey PD-1 and CTLA-4, produces T cell activation without inducing cytokine release syndrome, and inhibits tumor growth in xenograft models. It is developed primarily for cancer therapy, particularly for neoplasms, and is in preclinical/IND stages with no current FDA approval. The drug was developed by Nanjing Sanhome Pharmaceutical.
