Overview

SH3765 is an orally bioavailable, selective inhibitor of protein arginine methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5), developed for the treatment of advanced malignant tumors, including but not limited to solid tumors and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. By binding to and inhibiting PRMT5, SH3765 disrupts the enzyme's methyltransferase activity, leading to antiproliferative and antineoplastic effects. The drug is currently in Phase I clinical trials in both China and the USA for patients with advanced malignancies[1][2][3][4][7]. It was independently developed by Nanjing Sanhome Pharmaceutical (also referred to as Shenghe Pharmaceutical) and has global independent intellectual property rights[3][5].
