SH3809 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor targeting protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 11 (SHP2), also known as Src homology region 2 domain phosphatase. By antagonizing the activity of SHP2, a key regulator in multiple signaling pathways involved in cell proliferation and survival, SH3809 aims to disrupt oncogenic signaling in cancer cells.
