Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Shanghai Jenomed Biotech is developing a preclinical-stage personalized cancer vaccine (PCV) platform. The technology involves identifying tumor-specific neoantigens from circulating tumor cells (CTC) and circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) using whole exome sequencing (WES) and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq). These identified neoantigens are then incorporated into a customized vaccine designed to stimulate a patient-specific anti-tumor immune response. Preclinical studies in mouse models have demonstrated the platform's potential in treating lung cancer, skin cancer, and liver cancer.
