Shared neoantigen vaccine 2 is an mRNA-based cancer vaccine candidate currently in preclinical development by NeoCura. As part of the NeoCura™Ag-COM product line, this vaccine is designed to target "shared" or "public" neoantigens—mutant proteins that are frequently occurring across different patients and various tumor types. The vaccine is developed using NeoCura's proprietary AI-driven ALPINE platform and MATHLA deep learning models, which identify optimal neoantigen fragments and predict HLA allele-binding to ensure broad immunogenicity. By delivering mRNA encoding these shared antigens, the therapy aims to stimulate a robust, T-cell-mediated anti-tumor immune response, offering a standardized treatment approach for cohorts of patients with multiple cancer types.
