SHC014748M is a novel, potent, and highly selective small molecule inhibitor of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase delta (PI3Kδ). It acts by selectively binding to and inhibiting PI3Kδ, thereby blocking the activation of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. This inhibition leads to decreased proliferation and increased cell death in tumor cells that overexpress PI3Kδ[1][2][3]. The drug has demonstrated significant antitumor activity in preclinical models of lymphoma and is under clinical investigation for relapsed or refractory indolent B-cell lymphomas, including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)[4][5]. SHC014748M is administered orally and has shown promising safety and efficacy profiles in early-phase clinical trials[5]. It is being developed by Genor Biopharma.
