The formulation is primarily indicated for chronic heart failure, specifically heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), and coronary heart disease, particularly in patients exhibiting the TCM "Yang Deficiency" pattern. Based on its name, the granules likely contain *Panax ginseng* (Ren Shen) and *Aconitum carmichaelii* (Fu Zi), which are traditionally used to restore Yang, tonify Qi, and improve cardiac output.
