Overview
Shenrong Granules is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal formulation developed for therapeutic use, notably in neurological diseases. It is currently under clinical investigation for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). The precise mechanism of action has not been fully elucidated, as is common with many TCM formulations; however, it is believed to exert neuroprotective and possibly immunomodulatory effects based on its herbal composition. The product was initially developed by Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical and has reached Phase 2 in global clinical development[1][2][7].
