Shenzhujing Tablets is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by The First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of fatigue syndromes associated with chronic fatigue syndrome, cancer, post-thyroidectomy recovery, and type 2 diabetes mellitus, specifically those characterized by "Qi and Yin deficiency" in TCM theory. The formulation typically contains herbal ingredients such as *Panax ginseng*, *Atractylodes macrocephala*, and *Polygonatum sibiricum*, which are intended to tonify Qi, nourish Yin, and alleviate exhaustion. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 4 clinical trials in China to further establish its efficacy and safety across multiple fatigue-related conditions.
