Shidishui is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) tincture indicated for the prevention and treatment of heatstroke and associated gastrointestinal symptoms. Developed and manufactured by Anhui Anke Yuliangqing Pharmaceutical, the formulation is a complex mixture of herbal extracts and aromatic compounds, including rhubarb, camphor, fennel, ginger, chili, eucalyptus oil, cinnamon, and menthol. It functions by dispelling summer heat and regulating digestive function, effectively treating symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. The product is widely used as an over-the-counter remedy in China and can be administered orally or applied topically.
