Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Shilintong Keli (also known as Shilintong granules) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal preparation formulated as granules. Its sole active ingredient is the extract of the herb *Desmodium styracifolium* (Herba Desmodii, snowbell-leaf tickclover). It is widely used as an over-the-counter (OTC) patent medicine in China for the treatment of urinary tract calculi (urinary stones), pyelonephritis, and cholecystitis. The drug is manufactured by several pharmaceutical companies in China, including Beijing Tongrentang and Guilin Zhongzu Chinese Medicine.
