Shinbaro + celecoxib is a combination therapy consisting of **Shinbaro**, a traditional multi-herbal medicine used in Korean medicine primarily for the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, and **celecoxib**, a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor NSAID commonly used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Shinbaro (also known as GCSB-5) is formulated from multiple herbal components and is reported to act through anti-inflammatory and cartilage-protective mechanisms, including nerve regeneration and prevention of bone/joint degeneration. Celecoxib is a pharmaceutical agent that selectively inhibits COX-2, thereby reducing the production of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins, and is marketed by Pfizer under the brand name Celebrex.
