Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Shiquan Dabu Wan is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula manufactured by Liaoning Jindan Pharmaceutical. It is a classic 'Qi and Blood' tonic composed of ten herbal ingredients: Panax ginseng (or Codonopsis pilosula), Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Rehmannia glutinosa, Angelica sinensis, Paeonia lactiflora, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Astragalus membranaceus, and Cinnamomum cassia. The formula is primarily indicated for the treatment of deficiency in both Qi and Blood, characterized by symptoms such as fatigue, pale complexion, shortness of breath, palpitations, dizziness, and cold extremities. It works by tonifying the spleen and lungs (Qi) and nourishing the liver and heart (Blood), while the addition of cinnamon warms the Yang.
